As Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO of Emergent Global Solutions, Julie provides strategic executive support that enables effective leadership, operational excellence, and seamless coordination across clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Throughout her distinguished career in California state government, Julie has built a reputation for exceptional organizational leadership, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in dynamic, high-consequence environments. Her expertise spans executive administration, organizational operations, public policy coordination, program implementation, and executive communications.

Julie has held leadership support roles with several of California's most influential state organizations, including the California Department of Personnel Administration (now CalHR), the Governor's Office of Planning and Research (OPR), the California Office of Homeland Security (OHS), and most recently the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES).

At Cal OES, Julie served as the principal executive assistant to the Cabinet-level Director, providing direct support to executive leadership and the Governor's Office during some of California's most significant disasters and emergencies. She played a critical role in coordinating executive operations, facilitating decision-making processes, and supporting the State's Unified Coordination Group during catastrophic wildfires, public health emergencies, major disasters, and other complex incidents. Her work also supported the development and execution of emergency proclamations, executive orders, and Presidential Major Disaster Declaration requests.
